When You Arrive

Check In Before Arrival:

You will check in by phone the day before your arrival with your Organizer to confirm that you are coming. Your Organizer will confirm your arrival time at the Base Camp with you.

Transportation:

You will provide your own transportation to the Recon Rangers Base Camp.  You may drive your own car, carpool with someone, take a flight and rent a vehicle, whatever works for you.

The address is 162 Weeping Willow Lane, Mena, AR, 71953.  GPS will lead you there.

Time:

Your arrival time must be arranged with your Organizer.  You must be on time, and you will be allowed to arrive 15 minutes early, but you must not be more than 15 minutes late.   Please plan your travel efficiently to be on time.

You will checked in an escorted to your living quarters where you can unpack and settle in.   It is strongly advised that you review the class schedule beforehand so you have an idea how arrival, class time, meals and general living time flows, as well as departure.
